A powerful team of more than 28 ‘Masterlineans’ traveled to the Port of Arica, they went through the Atacama desert and arrived with thirst of knowledge and of team reunion.
The 28 were selected from various areas (Operations, Sales, Information Technologies, Pricing, Accounting and Collection) to visit the most important commercial port for the Bolivian sea traffic: ARICA.
Once again, this experience gives us a practical approach to our business. It gives us the chance to get a closer look to how the Port works. We had the chance to identify the main actors and to understand the procedures and interactions of each of the parts that makes the planning of cargo projects.
